Resilient Roots accepts all major debit and credit card payments.  You will be guided through Headway to register payment information.

Do you accept insurances?

YES!  Resilient Roots accepts Aetna, United Healthcare, Horizon, Cigna, Oxford, and Oscar.  You will be guided to Headway to register your insurance information.

No worries! You can use your free consultation call to ask questions, no strings attached.  If we are not the right fit, I will provide additional resources for you.

How do I join a session?

Once scheduled, you will receive reminder emails with appointment times and a link to our HIPAA compliant virtual Zoom session.

I don't live in New Jersey.  Can I still book an appointment?

Unfortunately I cannot see clients who do not live in NJ.

What interventions will you use during my session?

I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist.  I have been trained in multiple theoretical approaches and evidence based interventions.  I like to tailor your individual treatment needs by pulling from multiple interventions to create a plan that is unique to you!  Some examples of interventions I will pull from include but not limited to narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness and meditation, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and grief therapy.  Feel free to ask me about any of these!
